for remote & hybrid teams
virtualworkplace yoga
virtual yoga provides the solution of a purposeful practice that contributes to helping your team feel that their health and well-being is valued by your organization.
why a company would do this
a benefit people actually use
she's passionate about developing health and wellness plans for remote and hybrid companies.
a screen-shaped workday leaves the same marks on everyone: a stiff neck, a tight lower back, and a nervous system that never quite comes down. thirty minutes of guided movement on the same call software they already have open changes that, without anyone travelling anywhere.

what it does
for the people, and for the org
the same practice, measured two ways.
for the people
enhances focus and decision-making
reduces stress and tension
alleviates back and neck pain
boosts productivity and creativity
improves communication
lowers cortisol
for the organisation
increases GABA levels, associated with lower anxiety and depression
a happier, healthier workforce
team-building opportunities
improves energy and sleep
reduces healthcare costs
decreases absenteeism

my story
why i started this
"i worked in recruiting for 7 years & for all those years, mid-level managers to c-suite executives confessed the same secret to me that they'd never tell their boss.
100s of calls a week across many industries and company sizes. & almost everyone said some version of the same thing.
"i'm tired." "i'm stressed." "i'm burnt out."
they'd get through a full day of back-to-back meetings, an inbox that never actually emptied, then log off just to start making dinner, handling life admin, running a household, and realize there was nothing left over for themselves.
then COVID hit, and almost overnight, the conversation around mental health changed. it stopped being a whisper and became something people were actually willing to say out loud.
that's when it clicked for me — i loved helping people land roles at companies that treated them better. but that was solving the symptom, not the cause.
i didn't just want to help people leave burnout behind. i wanted to help companies stop producing it in the first place.
so five years ago, i got certified as a yoga teacher and started purposeful practices, and a few years later got certified as an ayurveda health & life counselor.
the idea was simple: it is genuinely hard to make time for yourself after work. so instead of asking people to find more time at home, what if we built that time into the workday itself? thirty minutes. once a week. on the clock, not after it.
today, i partner with teams across industries from startups to global companies in finance, tech, consulting, and professional services to build weekly practices that lower stress, protect focus, and help people actually want to stay.
i spent 7 years watching brilliant, capable people get run into the ground by systems that were never built with them in mind. now i get to help build the ones that are. let's build something together."
