the plain version
privacy & sms terms
what gets collected, why, and how to make it stop. no dark patterns, no selling your details.

01 — the short version
in three lines
Chrystee collects your name, phone and email when you ask for something — a quiz result, a recipe, a guide, or a conversation. she uses them to send you that thing and to stay in touch about her work. she does not sell them, rent them, or hand them to anyone who isn't helping run this.
02 — what is collected
and when
first name, last name, phone number and email address, given on the form before a quiz result, a practice, or a guide — and anything you write in the contact or application forms.
which boxes you ticked, the exact wording shown to you at the time, the page you were on, and the date and time. this is kept so consent can be proven if a carrier or regulator asks.
quiz answers, ticked ingredients, which practices you've marked complete, and the question you type into the Inner Wisdom Journey page. these live in your own browser and are never sent anywhere.
whoever hosts this site keeps standard server logs — ip address, browser, pages requested — for security and troubleshooting.
03 — how it is used
what she does with it
- sending you the guide, recipe or result you asked for
- replying to your message or application
- occasional emails about her practices, programmes and retreats
- text messages, only if you ticked the text box
that's the whole list. she doesn't build advertising profiles and she doesn't sell data.
04 — text messages
sms terms
purposeful practices sms
by ticking the text-message box on a form on this site. it is never pre-ticked, and you get whatever you asked for whether you tick it or not.
recipes, practices, retreat news and occasional offers from Purposeful Practices.
message frequency varies.
message and data rates may apply. your carrier's charges are between you and them.
reply STOP to any message and they end. reply HELP for help, or email her.
mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
email to opt out05 — who else sees it
the short list
the services that make this run: whoever hosts the site, the email and text platform she sends from, the scheduling tool used for discovery calls, and the checkout used for paid programmes. each of them sees only what they need to do their job.
nobody else. no data brokers, no advertising networks.
06 — your choices
how to change or delete it
reply STOP to any message.
use the unsubscribe link, or ask her directly.
email purposefulpractices.online@gmail.com and she'll send it or remove it.
clearing your browser's site data for this site wipes your quiz answers, logged practices and saved question.
07 — the rest
age, changes, and health
this site is for adults; it isn't aimed at children under 13 and she doesn't knowingly collect their details.
if this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
everything on this site — the practices, the guides, the quizzes — is educational. it is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from your doctor.
questions about any of this
email purposefulpractices.online@gmail.com and she'll answer.
this policy is written to be read, and it is written for a solo practice rather than a corporation. it is not legal advice. before launch it is worth having someone qualified check it against your state's requirements and your carrier's A2P registration.
