to practice presence, build confidence, and suggest elevated emotions that boost your immune system & clarity of mind
2 x Posture Alignment
to ensure you are accessing your yoga postures properly and in a way that is best for your body
1 x Breathwork
2 calming & 2 energizing to observe the different effects of the breath on energy levels and general impact
1 x Rewire Method
2-3 min audio that will drastically rewire your mind and understanding of potent principles
1 x Yoga Flow
2 x calming & 2 x energizing
​to create a space to connect to your body and intention and improve focus and mind-body awareness in different ways
2 x Rest
to integrate what you have learned, to implement new practices in a way that is sustainable instead of overwhelming
